ABOUT MIKIAS
Born and raised in Las Vegas, I’ve always loved this city and the people who make it home.
I grew up in an Ethiopian household where giving to others and lending a hand were part of everyday life. My family taught me to lead with generosity, make time for people, and show care through action. Those values continue to shape the way I live and work.
Connecting with people has always come naturally to me. People often told me I had a gift for making others feel comfortable, and I wanted to put that strength to work in a meaningful way. Health insurance gave me the opportunity to do just that: listen, simplify important decisions, and help people feel more confident about caring for themselves and those they love.
As a business owner myself, I understand the responsibility of protecting what you’re building. I want every client to feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions.
Outside of work, cars are one of my biggest passions, especially my BMW M340i pictured here. I also love basketball and quality time with my family. They keep me grounded and remind me that behind every coverage decision is someone with a life, a family, and a future worth looking after.

I just moved from California to Houston and needed help with my options. I almost went with my employer coverage but thankfully Mike was able to save me a significant amount on my insurance. My employer coverage was running over $1,000 a month and he found me an excellent plan for only $589! My wife and I are very satisfied
I waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to actually use my coverage first. And I’m so glad I went with him! I figured getting a PPO network would mean paying more, but he found me a plan with a PPO network that actually saved me money. It sounded almost too good to be true, but now that I’ve used the plan, I can honestly say it’s been amazing. Mike has absolutely earned my business, and I've been recommending everyone to him since!
He helped my employees and I with getting our own insurance options since we were paying way too much with our group plan which was only increasing for the next year.
